VFW National Commander Keith Harman's Complete Testimony and Q & A

VFW National Commander Keith Harman testified before a special joint hearing of the House and Senate Veterans’ Affairs Committees on March 7, 2018. His testimony focused on ending sequestration and improving the care, services and programs provided by the Department of Veterans Affairs.
